WhatsApp Tasks widget for Kommo
The managers will never miss a message from the customers under the leads and closed deals.
Automatic task will remind of an inbox message.
The widget is supported in all applications connected with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram.
Widget features:
- Creates a task for the responsible manager from a chat message.
Smart selection of an object for a task:
- if the contact has leads and closed deals, the task is created for the active deal;
- if a contact has only closed deals, the task is created for the last successful/closed deal;
- if the contact has no deals, the task is created for the contact.
The widget creates no duplicate tasks if the client wrote in the chat twice or more times.
